Set up IPTV UK on Amazon Firestick
Step 1: Enable Developer Options
From the Firestick home screen go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, then click on your device name 7 times until you see "You are now a developer". Go back and open Developer Options.
Step 2: Allow apps from unknown sources
In Developer Options, select Install Unknown Apps and turn it on for the Downloader app (you'll install it in the next step). This is a standard Fire OS setting used by many popular apps.
Step 3: Install the Downloader app
Use the search icon on the home screen, type Downloader, then install the free orange Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
Step 4: Install your IPTV player
Open Downloader, enter the player download link we send with your login details and install the app. Popular IPTV players such as IPTV Smarters and TiviMate both work perfectly with our service.
Step 5: Log in and start watching
Open the IPTV player, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, then enter your username, password and server URL exactly as provided. Channels, films and the TV guide load in under a minute.
That's it. You're now watching British IPTV on your Firestick. For the smoothest picture, use the Fire TV Stick 4K or 4K Max with 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter.
IPTV on Samsung & LG Smart TVs
- Open the app store on your TV (Samsung Smart Hub or LG Content Store).
- Search for a compatible IPTV player, for example IPTV Smarters Pro or a similar Xtream-compatible app.
- Install it, open it and enter your login details or M3U link.
Android TV, Android boxes & phones
Install an IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate from the Google Play Store, open it, choose Xtream Codes login and enter your details. On Android TV boxes, TiviMate gives the most "traditional TV" experience with a full-screen EPG.
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Download an IPTV player from the App Store, such as IPTV Smarters Player Lite, GSE Smart IPTV or iPlayTV on Apple TV. Add a new playlist using Xtream Codes login or your M3U URL.
MAG & Formuler boxes
Send us your box's MAC address (printed on the back of the device). We'll activate it and send you a portal URL. Go to Settings → Servers → Portals, enter the portal URL, save and restart the box.
Fixing IPTV buffering in the UK
- Check your speed: you need 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps+ for 4K. Run a speed test on the device itself.
- Use a wired connection: an Ethernet adapter for Firestick removes most Wi-Fi drop-outs.
- Restart your router and device: it sounds simple, but it fixes most issues.
- Clear the app cache: Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → your player → Clear Cache.
- Switch the stream format: in your player's settings, try changing the stream format from TS to HLS (or the other way round).
